About Us
Adele ticket holders who can no longer attend a show may sell them on to other fans through Twickets at no more than the price they originally paid.
Twickets is a fan-to-fan ticket resale platform where the price of tickets is never more than the original face value. You can trade tickets securely through our service, with payment and delivery all agreed upfront.
- Resale of tickets through any channel other than Twickets will not be accepted; you risk having them cancelled and being denied entry to the show. This applies to all UK shows.

Important Information
To use our service as a seller or a buyer you must have a UK phone number and address.
On the day of each event, all listings and sales must be made before 3pm.
SELLERS
If you have ordered tickets but haven't yet received them from the agent/venue, please wait until they are in your possession before listing them.
BUYERS
If you have purchased Adele tickets through Twickets, the lead attendee must bring all of the following to the event:
- Photo ID
- A printed copy of your Twickets purchase confirmation email
- The original ticket(s)
If purchasing multiple tickets, please note that everyone in the group must enter together with the lead attendee.
Name changes will not be permitted.
